With a background as a hands-on technician and later an automotive business owner, AL knows the real-world challenges small businesses face—especially when it comes to building a strong (and affordable) online presence. He founded XM Audits to bring together smart tech, Ai, and a streamlined stack of tools to help business owners get what they actually need: a professional web presence that doesn’t break the bank. Efficiency has always been his thing—whether under the hood or under the hood of a website—and he’s passionate about helping others grow without wasting time or money.

Teddy takes his role as Chief Walk Officer very seriously. He ensures the team stays active and grounded, prioritizing daily walks, fresh air, and plenty of nap breaks. As CWO, he leads by example—balancing productivity with paws-on wellness and a strong connection to nature.

Audrey, age nine, brings bold ideas and big imagination to the marketing team. From logo sketches to slogan testing, she’s got a keen eye for what “looks cool.” As our honorary CMO, she keeps us on trend, on brand, and reminds us that creativity should always come with a side of glitter.

As Cheif Snack Officer, six years old Avery brings big energy and a sharp eye for snacks. She keeps morale high with goldfish crackers, giggles, and the occasional dance break. While she’s not running audits (yet), she’s the heart of the team and our official fun ambassador.
